Launched in Europe in March 2011 the BluEarth-1 earned the top designation under Japanese tyre manufacturers’ labeling standards for rolling resistance. In 2019, the BluEarth-air EF21 was launched into the market with a A/A top grading, testament of the continuous innovation conducted by YOKOHAMA.

The BluEarth range minimizes the traditional tradeoffs between low rolling resistance, on one hand, and wet grip and long mileage on the other. The BluEarth-1 was the historical step in a long line of continuous innovation which brings us to today´s BluEarth-air EF21.
